WAPA Establishes FY 2017 Base Charge and Rates for Boulder Canyon Project Electric Service

The Western Area Power Administration has set the Fiscal Year 2017 base charge and rates for Boulder Canyon Project electric service, approved by the Deputy Secretary of Energy, to cover annual costs and repay investments within the allowable period.
