Boeing Seeks Special Conditions for 787-10 Airplane's Unique Design Feature

The Boeing Company has proposed special conditions for its 787-10 airplane, which includes a novel flaps-up vertical modal-suppression system, to ensure it meets safety standards not currently covered by existing airworthiness regulations.
