NMFS Seeks Public Input on Russian River Estuary Marine Mammal Management

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a request from the Sonoma County Water Agency (SCWA) to take marine mammals incidental to estuary management activities in the Russian River, California, over a period of five years.
