Model Notices for Health Care Continuation Coverage Released

The U.S. Department of Labor has published model notices for health care continuation coverage, as required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and further amended by the Temporary Extension Act of 2010, to help group health plans and other entities comply with the law.
