OPM Seeks Public Comments on Survivor Annuity Election Information Collection Request

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public comments on extending, without change, a currently approved information collection request (ICR) related to survivor annuity elections for former spouses. The request, OMB No. 3206-0235, pertains to Form RI 20-64 and Form RI 20-64A.
