EPA Proposes Approval of Tennessee State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Tennessee State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Tennessee, which aims to amend regulations in Knox County to address EPA's requirements for startup, shutdown, and malfunction procedures.
