DoD Proposes Temporary Extension of Small Business Subcontracting Test Program Under DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to temporarily extend the Test Program for Negotiation of Comprehensive Small Business Subcontracting Plans, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 and 2016, to revise the program and improve small business subcontracting opportunities.
