VA Adopts Final Rule on Civil Monetary Penalties

The Department of Veterans Affairs has finalized a rule increasing maximum civil monetary penalties for false loan guaranty certifications and fraudulent claims or statements in VA programs, following the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
