EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Plan Revisions for Ventura County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Ventura County, which would establish a Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit program for new and modified major stationary sources.
