EPA Extends 2016 Chemical Data Reporting Submission Deadline

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the deadline for submitting 2016 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) reports from September 30, 2016 to October 31, 2016, as part of a one-time adjustment for the 2016 submission period.
