EPA Receives Information Under Toxic Substances Control Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced receipt of information submitted in accordance with an Enforceable Consent Agreement, as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), regarding chemical substances and their intended uses.
