NMFS Seeks Comments on Request to Take Marine Mammals Incidental to Space Vehicle Launch Operations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a request from the Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) to take marine mammals incidental to space vehicle launch operations over a five-year period from February 1, 2017 to January 31, 2022, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) regulations.
