EPA Proposes Reclassification of Sheboygan, Wisconsin Area as Moderate Nonattainment for 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to reclassify the Sheboygan, Wisconsin area as a moderate nonattainment zone for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), requiring the State of Wisconsin to submit State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions by January 1, 2017.
