EPA Approves Ohio's Plan to Meet 2008 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Ohio's plan to maintain the 2008 ozone standard in the Cincinnati-Hamilton area, which includes parts of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, and has submitted a request to redesignate the Ohio portion of the area to attainment.
