FAA Proposes Rule to Harmonize North Atlantic Navigation Regulations with ICAO

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a rule to align its North Atlantic Minimum Navigation Performance Specifications (MNPS) with the International Civil Aviation Organization's (ICAO) Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) specification, which is being phased out in favor of a more modern approach.
