HHS/OIG Announces Requirements and Registration for The Simple Extensible Sampling Tool Challenge

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Inspector General (HHS/OIG) is seeking proposals for a new sampling tool to replace the current RAT-STATS software, as part of the America COMPETES Reauthorization Act of 2010.
