EPA Withdraws Particulate Matter Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final rule on National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Particulate Matter, published on August 11, 2016, following adverse comments received from the public.
