Information Collection; Submission for OMB Review, Comment Request

The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) has submitted a public information collection request (ICR) entitled the AmeriCorps NCCC Medical and Mental Health Information Form for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13, (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).
