FMCSA Denies Exemption Applications for Individuals with Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied exemptions to 10 individuals who sought to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce despite having a clinical diagnosis of epilepsy or a seizure disorder, as these conditions pose a risk to safety.
