U.S. Office of Government Ethics to Revise Financial Disclosure Regulations Under STOCK Act

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics is updating its financial disclosure regulations to align with the STOCK Act, which was enacted in 2012, and to incorporate new reporting requirements for individuals required to file public financial disclosure statements.
