National Stock Exchange Filing Proposed Rule Change for Regulation NMS Plan and Tick Size Pilot Program
The National Stock Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to update its rules 11.11 and 11.26 to accommodate the implementation of the Regulation NMS plan, which includes a tick size pilot program. The proposed rule change will take effect immediately.
