Momentive Performance Materials Seeks Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Acrylic Acid-Butyl Acrylate-Styrene Copolymer

Momentive Performance Materials has submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of acrylic acid-butyl acrylate-styrene copolymer, a key inert ingredient in pesticide formulations.
