EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerances for Tolfenpyrad Residues on Vegetable, Fruiting Group 8-10 Commodities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use tolfenpyrad on agricultural commodities in the group 'vegetable, fruiting, group 8-10', and established time-limited tolerances for residues of tolfenpyrad in or on these commodities, which expire on December 31, 2019.
