EPA Finalizes Rules for Northern Sonoma County Air Pollution Control District in California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing rules for the Northern Sonoma County Air Pollution Control District in California, approving three permitting rules and disapproving two, with a deadline to correct deficiencies in the New Source Review program within two years. The EPA will also develop a Federal Implementation Plan if California fails to submit corrected revisions.
