Federal Aviation Administration Proposes Pilot Professional Development Rule

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a rule to enhance the professional development of pilots in domestic, flag, and supplemental operations, including new-hire training, curriculum revisions, and leadership training, in response to a statutory requirement to convene an aviation rulemaking committee.
