Air Force Announces Exclusive Patent License Grant to University of Michigan

The US Department of the Air Force has notified The Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan-based land-grant university, of its intention to grant an exclusive patent license, as mandated by Public Law 96-517 and the relevant Code of Federal Regulations.
