U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Millennium Bulk Terminals-Longview, LLC Shipping Terminal Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed shipping terminal project by Millennium Bulk Terminals--Longview, LLC, which would export up to 44 million metric tons of coal per year and result in the permanent loss of 29.3 acres of U.S. waters, including 24.1 acres of wetlands.
