PHMSA Proposes Termination of EX Classification Approval for BHT Products, Inc.

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is proposing to terminate the EX classification approval EX1987030326 issued to BHT Products, Inc. for a Division 4.1 classification. PHMSA sent letters to BHT Products, Inc. in January and May 2016 requesting background information, but has yet to receive a response.
