EPA Approves California Air Plan Revision to Regulate Open Burning Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve a revision to the Butte County Air Quality Management District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on particulate matter emissions from open burning, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
