U.S. Office of Government Ethics to Submit Modified Ethics Form for OMB Review

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics plans to submit a proposed modified OGE Form 201 for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget, following a public comment period, to extend the form's use for three more years under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
