EPA Approves Wyoming State Implementation Plan Revisions for Primary Air Quality Standards
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Wyoming's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for primary air quality standards, updating the state's air quality regulations to reflect federal changes that took effect in January 2013. The updates include a new standard for particulate matter (PM 2.5) with a lower annual average concentration limit of 12 micrograms per cubic meter.
