Air Plan Approval; KY; Removal of Stage II Gasoline Vapor Recovery Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved changes to Kentucky's State Implementation Plan, removing Stage II vapor control requirements for new and upgraded gasoline facilities in Northern Kentucky and allowing for decommissioning of existing equipment. This decision is consistent with the Clean Air Act.
