FMCSA Adopts Regulations Under FAST Act

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has finalized rules implementing provisions of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act, which went into effect in 2016, requiring FMCSA to update its regulations to align with the new law.
