DoD Exempts Records from Privacy Act Subsections

The Office of the Secretary of Defense has exempted records from the Privacy Act of 1974, specifically those related to the Department of Defense (DoD) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) and DoD Component Insider Threat Records System, from certain subsections of the Act.
