NMFS Requests Public Comment on Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Deep-Set Buoy Gear

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comment on an application for an exempted fishing permit (EFP) to test the use of deep-set buoy gear (DSBG) for fishing swordfish and other highly migratory species off the U.S. West Coast.
