New York Stock Exchange LLC Seeks Approval for Proposed Rule Change Allowing Trading of NMS Stocks on Other Exchanges

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has submitted an order to the relevant authorities to determine whether to approve or disapprove a proposed rule change that would enable the exchange to trade certain NMS stocks listed on other national securities exchanges under unlisted trading privileges, while also establishing listing and trading requirements for exchange-traded products and adopting new equity trading rules related to trading halts of securities traded pursuant to the Unlisted Trading Privileges (UTP) on the Pillar Platform.
