EPA Authorizes Access to Confidential Business Information by Abt Associates, Inc. and Its Identified Subcontractor, Versar, Inc.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted permission to its contractors, Abt Associates, a Maryland-based company, and Versar, a Virginia-based firm, to access confidential business information related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This authorization allows the contractors to review and utilize sensitive data submitted under various sections of the TSCA.
