Department of the Treasury Publishes Notice on Privacy Act Amendment for Computerized Homes Underwriting Management System and Loan Application Management System

The Department of the Treasury is reissuing a notice to incorporate omitted information and introduce new methods for collecting and processing records under the Computerized Homes Underwriting Management System and Loan Application Management System, as amended by the Privacy Act of 1974.
