EPA Approves California State Implementation Plan Revisions for 2008 Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the California State Implementation Plan for four nonattainment areas, including Calaveras County, Chico, San Francisco Bay Area, and San Luis Obispo, to align with the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards. This decision is made under the Clean Air Act.
