Invitation for Public Comments: Requested Administrative Waiver of the Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel KATLO

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel KATLO, which would allow it to operate under certain circumstances.
