Public Comment Period Opened for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for BLUE MOON 3

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel BLUE MOON 3. The waiver would allow the vessel to operate without meeting the U.S.-build requirement, which is governed by 46 U.S.C. 12121.
