DoD Removes Regulation on Sale or Rental of Sexually Explicit Material on Government Property

The Department of Defense (DoD) has removed its regulation regarding the sale or rental of sexually explicit material on DoD property, aligning with existing federal law. This change does not affect the public and eliminates the need for further rulemaking.
