Northeast Ocean Plan Approved for National Ocean Council Certification

The National Ocean Council has accepted the Northeast Ocean Plan for review and certification, following its submission on October 14, 2016, as required by Executive Order 13547. The Council will make a decision on the plan's consistency with national policies within 30 days of publication.
