FMCSA Receives Exemption Applications for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers with Cardiovascular Conditions

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced the receipt of applications from three individuals seeking exemptions to operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) despite having a clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases that may cause syncope, dyspnea, or congestive heart failure.
