EPA Approves Virginia's Plan to Remove Stage II Gasoline Vapor Recovery Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Virginia's state implementation plan revision, allowing gasoline dispensing facilities to remove Stage II vapor recovery equipment, a requirement that was previously in place to reduce air pollution in the state.
