DoD Adopts Final Rule for Cloud Computing Services Reporting and Network Penetration Contracting

The US Department of Defense has adopted a final rule, with changes, to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, requiring contractors to report on network penetrations and implementing DoD policy on the purchase of cloud computing services, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 and 2015.
