EPA Authorizes Louisiana's Hazardous Waste Management Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the authorization of Louisiana's state-initiated changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), allowing the state to operate its program independently.
