EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions to Reduce Volatile Organic Compound Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving three state implementation plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia (Virginia) to address the adoption of reasonably available control technology (RACT) for various industrial categories, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
