U.S. Department of Commerce Finds Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe from Pakistan Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that steel pipe imported from Pakistan is being sold in the U.S. at a price lower than what is considered fair, based on an investigation that took place from October 1, 2014, to September 30, 2015.
