Patient Safety Organizations: Voluntary Relinquishment From the Patient Safety Leadership Council PSO

The Patient Safety Leadership Council PSO has voluntarily relinquished its status as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO), following a notification accepted by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). This decision allows the PSO to cease reporting patient safety events to AHRQ.
